Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm are dispatched the next day.

Shipping options and costs

• Standard shipping — £3.49. Delivery within 2–3 days after dispatch.
• Express shipping — £3.99. Delivery within 1–2 days after dispatch.

Orders over £60 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. All orders are sent via a reliable courier service.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
